I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

-        Work with Sales, MKT, Distribution and Product/Innovation team to understand the nature of demand for different product lines and distribution channels.
-        Build, review rolling monthly forecasts, integrating commercial targets & plans, integrating all informed internal (building blocks) & external events.
-        Create & develop statistical forecasting models based on industry trends and demand patterns for the categories at Group SKUs and channel level. Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting in mid & long term.
-        Contribute to the demand management cycle of the Sale and Operation Planning (S&OP) process & lead /facilitate S&OP drumbeats
-        Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs
-        Manage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast.
-        Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner & support management with risk assessments and mitigation plans
-        Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias
-        Manage Phase in/phase out SKUs disconnection, make sure mininize write off (WO) package and material
-        Work with sale team and MKT team about forecast new product development (NPD) and review performance after launching.
-       Minimize WO finished goods with strongly discussion with MKT, Sale to review and clear SKUs slow moving.

II. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

-       5+ years of demand planning/forecasting experience
-       Proficient in SAP IBP or similar planning tools, plus Microsoft Office
-       Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills
-       Good understanding of inventory management practices
-       Strong communication and customer service skills
-       Well-organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize independently
-       Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-       Bachelor’s degree in C14business, supply chain, or a related field
