I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

• Work with BM in strategy. actively propose half-year and quarterly plan
• Define and develop strategies to maximize brand potential
• Create and implement consumer and market development strategies
• Develop and implement a specific competitive strategy
• Full budgetary responsibilities for ensuring plans and campaigns are within agreed spending limits
• Lead preparation of the brand plan, update, and long-range plan
• Liaising closely with all relevant brand team members
• High-level tactical planning
• Directly involve and take main responsibility in the execution of detailed action plan and activities (product innovation, marketing plan, ensuring on time in full launching, results, field check, and flexible action to ensure KPIs)
Conformation:
• Follow up marketing expenditure by assigned projects within the marketing budget.

Others:
• Take part in cross-functional Project as required.
• Cooperate with cross-functional departments...

II. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

•Blachor in Economics, Communications, Marketing and related fields. 
•  3-4 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a similar position in the FMCG industry
• Strong analytical thinking, organizing, and communication skills
• Strong sense of business and highly result oriented.
• Ambitions to grow, willing to learn, and be excellent in the marketing field.
• Passion for growth, experience in managing workload, and multiple projects to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Have the ability to work under high pressure
