Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Planning: Based on the brand strategy, ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure campaign execution is on schedule and meets the set objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Marketing Communication Budget Planning and Management for the Brand
- Responsible for developing and managing the annual and campaign-based marketing communication budget, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy and the company’s business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments (Brand, Sales, Trade, Digital, etc.) to identify communication needs and allocate budgets effectively, optimizing costs and resources.
- Monitor budget utilization and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of communication campaigns.
2. Market Research
- Regularly monitor and analyze competitors’ communication and promotional activities to provide early warnings and recommend appropriate counterstrategies.
- Direct and coordinate market research and consumer research activities to gather insights that support brand and communication strategies.
- Work with market research agencies to measure brand health (Brand Health Tracking), brand awareness, brand preference, and campaign effectiveness.
3. Develop Campaign Plans Based on Brand Direction and Core Messaging
- Develop overall communication plans on an annual, quarterly, and campaign basis, aligned with the brand strategy and key messaging.
- Provide content direction and communication strategies for social media channels, including posting schedules, content themes, and formats tailored to each platform. Monitor performance and make timely adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
- Allocate communication budgets according to the plan and manage KPIs for each campaign.
4. Manage Communication Campaigns on Digital Platforms
- Coordinate and supervise communication campaigns across both digital and offline platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage, evaluate, and work closely with agencies to ensure campaigns are executed in line with strategic direction and meet quality standards.
- Lead and manage the internal team in advising, developing, and implementing communication plans for multiple campaigns. Support sales growth through communication activities aligned with business objectives.
5. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly communication activity reports.
- Prepare and develop the annual communication plan and report.
II. REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in team management.
- Proven experience in executing multi-channel campaigns (both traditional and digital).
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Passionate about creativity and eager to learn in the marketing field.
