VitaDairy was honored as the “Best Company to Work for” by HR Asia 

The HR Asia Awards is a highly respected award in Asia, presented by HR Asia - the most authoritative publication for regional HR professionals. This prestigious award honors companies with exceptional HR policies, attractive employee benefits, a top-notch working environment, and regular dynamic employee engagement activities. This year, a total of 622 eligible companies were nominated in the survey and voting process.  

In order to be eligible for the prize, companies must successfully pass a rigorous evaluation process conducted by HR Asia's research department. Then HR Asia will evaluate the company's working environment based on three main criteria: Core, Self, and Group.  

According to a set of criteria and survey results, VitaDairy has outperformed its Asian counterparts in all three criteria. Specifically, VitaDairy's Core criterion score is 4.29, while the regional average is 3.73. Similarly, the company achieved scores of 4.46 and 4.45 for the Self and Group criteria, respectively, exceeding the regional averages of 3.87 and 4.01. HR Asia has stated that these are very high indicators, which are only achievable by top workplaces in Asia. VitaDairy is proud to be among them.
