JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Online Media:

  • Using Facebook/Google Dashboard, Google analytics Dashboard, YouTube Dashboard in fluently.
  • Skill and experience in SEO, SEM projects.
  • Online performance skills (Must have):
    o Strong experience in how to planing and buying: Facebook, Youtube, SEM and others.
    o Identifying target audiences and analyzing consumer’ journey base on behavior, media habits presenting proposals, including cost schedules. Recommending the most appropriate types of media to user.
    o Evaluating the effectiveness of campaign in order to apply for future campaigns
  • Daily monitored and optimized paid media channels within the key performance marketing campaigns

2) Production:

  • Handle website development and website maintenance projects.
  • Using CMS of website in fluently.

3) Management:

  • Managed all digital activities from campaign planning to campaign execution and optimization.
  • Maintaining detailed record.
  • Proposed media planning and buying budget with effective cost.
  • Writing campaign report.
  • Paperwork: Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing, supplier’s contract.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA graduated
  • Experienced in managing digital campaigns from planning, development and techniques to optimizing campaigns based on  approved budget.
  • Strength in performance marketing activities.
  • Experienced in dairy industry or in FMCG/ relevant industries
  • Others:
    • Attitude to learn quickly and work well within a team environment.
    • Eager to learning of online trends and technologies
    • Able to work under pressure and toward deadline.
    • Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
    • Able to think creatively and solve problems.
