JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Tracking/Achieving the monthly, yearly sales target of asigned account.
• Support KAM to work with Trade MKT for Monthly Sales Promotion and activities in account.
• Implement monthly promotion program and activities at account.
• Monitoring weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned.
• Work with FO team (KAR/NC) for Sales activities: booking for display, rental fee, order if needed, product display.
• Interview and recruit/training KAR/NC. 
• Follow order & delivery status. Manage customer ’s inventory at DC. 
• Make relationship with MT assigned account. 
• Make relating to reports of account. 
• Handle complaints and problems from customer.
• Others assigned by KAM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 3 years experiences in Sales MT in FMCG industry
• Analytic skills.
• Good in planning and communication.
• Good in computer skill (word/excel/powerPoint).
